Morning5 sessions are for anyone looking to start their day by priming their body and mind. Sessions require no equipment and can be done anywhere. It’s a great way for beginners to start a movement practice or to compliment an already active lifestyle.
Morning5 sessions are no more than 5 minutes in length. We recommend doing them first thing after waking up to set the tone for your day.

Being able to move for 5 minutes in the morning sets the mind, body and spirit in a position to win the rest of the day. I LOVE being able to start my day with a win! Everything else after that is a bonus.

Each morning we post a 5 minute movement session to help you prime your body for the day. It includes either stretching, a body weight movement session to get your heart rate up, or both.
