Being able to move for 5 minutes in the morning sets the mind, body and spirit in a position to win the rest of the day. I LOVE being able to start my day with a win! Everything else after that is a bonus.

I love the Morning5. It wakes me up, lifts my spirits and gets my day off to the right start.

Incorporating 5 minutes of movement in my morning routine has allowed me to be more intentional with my day. I wake up, make my bed, move through some calisthenics or a yoga flow, and start my day with some momentum.
